Welcome to
THE ABSTRACT SANCTUARY
The Abstract Sanctuary is a faith-based experience of tranquility and therapeutic expression. We support healthy mental wellness through art, prayer, and the word of God. This space is curated to give you a relaxing atmosphere to free your mind, destress, decompress the weight of anxiety, and express what you feel through the art of abstraction. Shardaya Jones is not a licensed therapist, but she is a therapeutic art facilitator who provides creative therapeutic practices to aid in a healthy & whole version of you.

Art Journaling
Art journaling is a visual diary that serves as a creative form of self-care, merging the practice of making art with self-expression. Similar to a traditional journal, but it incorporates colors, images, textures, and various art materials. This practice will consist of weekly journal prompts and challenges as a consistent therapeutic tool.

Art Sessions & Parties
The Abstract Sanctuary curates group therapeutic art sessions and parties. We also offer private paint parties, live painting, team-building sessions, and church events. Additionally, online art sessions will be available on a weekly/monthly basis.
